I’m Chia-Hsin Chen (ICF PCC), Founder of Origin Ltd.
I work with senior leaders who operate in complexity — fast-changing environments, high expectations, and decisions that carry real consequences.
With over 20 years of experience across HR, commercial leadership, and consulting, I understand both the human and business realities leaders face. My coaching is practical, structured, and grounded in real-world leadership demands.
I don’t offer advice or quick fixes. I partner with leaders to slow down thinking, surface blind spots, and make intentional decisions that move both people and performance forward.
